The Role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their South Manchester office, working 1:1 alongside an Equity Partner on a high-quality and diverse caseload.

You’ll gain direct exposure to corporate transactions across sectors such as entertainment, retail, and leisure, with work spanning M&A deals, shareholder agreements, and more advisory matters.
