Corporate Solicitor - (NQ to mid-level) -

\n\n

A rare high quality opportunity for a Lawyer with a good grounding in the field of Corporate Law to develop a real specialism in pure Corporate matters at a prestigious regional law firm, working with some fascinating clients.

\n\n

We would encourage applications from recently qualified up to Associate level. You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm in Corporate matters affecting such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOS and secondary issues and reorganisations. Experience within the Financial Services sector would also be beneficial here.

\n\n

You will be working directly alongside the Partner and encouraged to develop your expertise in a general Corporate work, which is an excellent career springboard. You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and multi-national Clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high ranking firm.
