Client A leading regional law firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their highly successful team in Southampton.

Role You will join the firm’s leading Tier 1 Legal 500 corporate team based in Southampton. The team provide advice and support to a broad range of clients including SMEs and large PLCs. You will advise clients in a broad range of sectors including TMT, financial services, healthcare and life sciences.

You will advise on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A and private equity and will run your own caseload as well as assisting Partners with more complex matters

Candidate You will be a qualified Solicitor or will be due to qualify soon and will have between 0-2 years PQE. You must have experience in corporate law and strong communication skills.
