Job Title: Corporate Senior Associate/Managing Associate

Location: Bristol

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Competitive, with annual pay review Circa

About Our Client:

Join a fast-paced, innovative law firm renowned for its exceptional corporate legal services.

As a pivotal member of the corporate team, you will:

  • Manage a diverse caseload focused on M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, private equity, corporate restructures/reorganisations and joint ventures
  • Collaborate with senior team members on complex corporate transactions
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored advice
  • Contribute to business development and stay updated with sector trends

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), 6 Years + PQE
  • Proven experience in corporate transactions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated with a track record of managing workloads and deadlines
  • Ability to act in the best interest of clients and the firm

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in sectors such as Leisure, Food and Drink, Retail or Financial Services
  • Enthusiasm for business development and client relationship management
  • Ambitious team player with a collaborative mindset

Technologies:

Familiarity with legal management software and digital collaboration tools is preferred.
