This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-profile corporate environment where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere.Main ResponsibilitiesOperate security systems, including CCTV, access control and alarm monitoring.Manage access and egress for staff, visitors and contractors in line with site protocols.Maintain daily occurrence logs and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.Respond to incidents and emergencies, escalating where necessary.Perform regular patrols and checks throughout the site to ensure safety standards.Provide exceptional customer service and support across front-of-house and gatehouse duties.Support all audit and compliance requirements and ensure all training is completed.Ensure full compliance with SIA regulations, BS7499 standards and company procedures.Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring strong team collaboration and professional interaction.About YouEssential:Valid SIA Security Guarding LicenceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsGood level of literacy, numeracy, and computer literacySelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a teamFlexible, professional and able to use initiativeExcellent time management and organisational skillsPrevious security experience preferredDesirable:Experience in a corporate environmentSite BenefitsStaff shop accessFree on-site gymWhat We OfferWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
