Role Overview The Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive will support the growth of B2B and corporate sales across Ambala and Cake Box by focusing on lead generation, outreach, and promotion of corporate offerings. This is a hands-on role centred around identifying new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of leads, and actively promoting corporate gifting and event productsto local businesses and organisations. The role suits someone proactive, organised, and commercially aware, with a strong interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Duties and responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outreach Research and identify potential corporate clients (offices, local businesses, event organisers, schools, agencies). Build and maintain a database of prospects using CRM or internal systems. Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and in-person visits. Generate qualified leads and book meetings or enquiries. 2. Marketing & Promotion of Corporate Offer Actively promote corporate gifting, celebration cakes, and event catering services. Distribute brochures, samples, and promotional materials to local businesses. Work closely with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and branding. 3. Supporting Sales Growth Assist in converting inbound enquiries into orders. Follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise conversion rates. Support seasonal campaigns (Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Valentines, weddings, corporate events). Help drive repeat business through consistent communication with clients. 4. Client Coordination Act as a point of contact for smaller corporate orders and enquiries. Coordinate with internal teams (stores, production, logistics) to support order fulfilment. Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry through to delivery. 5. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and sales progress. Track performance of campaigns and outreach efforts. Provide regular updates to the Head of Marketing on pipeline activity and results. Key Performance Indicators Number of new leads generated weekly/monthly Conversion rate from lead to order Contribution to corporate sales revenue Candidates Requirements Essential: 13+ years experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive and confident in outreach and networking Organised with good attention to detail Comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn Desirable: Experience in food, retail, hospitality, or gifting Familiarity with B2B outreach or lead generation Interest in marketing and brand promotion Skills & Competencies: Lead generation and prospecting Communication and relationship building Organisation and time management Sales support and follow-up Basic marketing understanding Results-driven and proactive attitude Working conditions Full- time position, working Monday to Friday.
