It is particularly well-suited to individuals who enjoy shaping clear, engaging messaging - making it an excellent role for someone with a genuine interest in writing or creative communication alongside their accounting career.Working in a highly visible, externally focused role, you will contribute to the production of Annual and Half-Year Reports, helping translate complex financial, strategic and ESG information into clear, compelling disclosures. You will engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal and Risk, gaining broad exposure while developing both technical and written communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the production of Annual and Interim Reports, with a strong focus on drafting and refining narrative contentContribute to the Strategic Report, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent and aligned to commercial objectivesDraft governance, risk and regulatory disclosuresCoordinate inputs from stakeholders across the businessPrepare documentation for Audit Committee and external reviewMonitor developments in reporting regulations and best practiceSupport ESG and sustainability reporting, including regulatory disclosuresAssist with reporting projects and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouACA / ACCA (or near completion), with experience in audit or financial reportingStrong written communication skills with a flair for structuring clear, engaging contentExperience or exposure to external reporting within a regulated or listed environmentConfident working with senior stakeholdersDetail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines effectivelyAble to translate technical accounting into accessible, reader-friendly disclosuresWhy ApplyThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the storytelling side of finance - where technical knowledge meets clear, impactful communication.
