Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm, efficientand polished welcome to all visitors. Ensure a seamless arrival experience, including greeting guests, managing inquiriesand escorting them to meeting rooms. Professionally handle all enquiries and requests in person, via telephoneand email. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the building's facilities to advise guests appropriately. Assist with event preparation, including setting up registration desks and supporting function delivery. Work collaboratively with on-site partners to maintain a unified, high-standard service. Uphold the highest standards of presentation, securityand professionalism always. The Ideal Candidate Has at least 1 year of customer service experience within a premium corporate, hospitality, or 5-star environment. Is welcoming, energetic and possesses exceptional communication skills. Is highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a passion for outstanding service. Is confident, proactive and builds positive rapport with people effortlessly. Works brilliantly as part of a team and independently.
