Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 7 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility to cover evening functions)
Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Main responsibilities
Ensuring a memorable and seamless journey through engagement and innovation for all key stakeholders
Delivering a friendly and prompt response to incoming telephone and email inquiries
Managing email communications with professionalism and efficiency
Accurately recording booking details in the room reservation system
Understanding room capacities, facilities, and setup options to optimise meeting space
Familiarising yourself with hospitality offerings in client meeting areas, including restaurant and private dining menus
Collaborating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
