Jameson Legal is instructed on a new associate role with our City firm client's Corporate Real Estate & Funds team, advising on Corporate Real Estate M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, club deals and fund formations. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive lawyer to join a market-leading Corporate Real Estate practice, working on complex, high-profile, multi-jurisdictional matters.
The team advises the vast majority of the Global 100 Private Equity Real Estate fund managers, offering exposure to premium clients and cutting-edge work, within a collaborative and growing department.
You will work closely with partners and senior associates as part of a small, yet expanding team, gaining hands-on responsibility and benefiting from strong investment in training and career development.
Skills & Experience:
- 18 months'+ PQE
- Experience with joint ventures, indirect real estate transactions and general funds advisory work
- Fund formation experience is not essential, but an understanding of the discipline is required
- A genuine interest in the real estate asset class.
