Corporate Principal Associate – Leeds – Salary up to £110k

The Role
The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Corporate Principal Associate (7+ years’ PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate transactions, taking ownership of deals while collaborating with partners
- Mentor and support junior associates, contributing to their professional development
- Engage in business development activities, including client relationship management
- Deliver high-quality legal advice to a broad range of clients, including companies, management teams, investors, and listed entities across various corporate matters
- Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team culture, participating in mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning opportunities.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 7 years’ PQE in Corporate law
- A strong track record of advising on complex corporate matters
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Expereince managing junior associate
- Confident leading and managing high value corporate transactions
