Corporate Partner – Manchester – Salary up to £120k

The Role

Due to continued growth and a clear strategic vision for the Corporate department, our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join its Manchester office.

The incoming partner will play a key role in driving the Corporate team forward, contributing to firm-wide strategic initiatives and capitalising on a thriving regional and national market.

The Candidate

Our client is looking to engage with accomplished senior lawyers who can demonstrate:

• Significant experience as a Partner or strong Legal Director ready for partnership
• A proven track record in managing and delivering corporate transactions for private companies and entrepreneurs
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• A collaborative, team-focused approach and a desire to contribute to a positive, supportive culture
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with appetite to contribute to strategic growth
