Description

The Corporate Partner will:

• Lead strategic corporate mandates and cultivate new business.
• Build and mentor a high-performing corporate team in Manchester.
• Advise on all corporate legal matters including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and complex transactions.
• Collaborate closely with national office colleagues to drive firm-wide growth.
• Promote the firm's inclusive culture and values at a senior level.

Profile

The Corporate Partner should be:

• A solicitor with 8+ years PQE in corporate work.
• Proven in business development with a track record of winning work.
• Skilled in leading teams and coaching senior lawyers.
• Experienced advising on deals such as M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring.
• Strong network across private equity, corporate and financial services sectors.
