The firm are now looking for an Corporate Solicitor who specialises in Oil & Gas to join their market-leading team in London.

The Opportunity

The firm boast a market-leading Corporate team who are renowned for handling high-value, cross-border transactions across a broad range of sectors including energy, insurance and financial services.

The team have multiple Partners who are known for their wealth of experience in complex M&A and joint venture transactions within the Energy and Resources sector, focusing predominately on Oil and Gas.

They are now seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor with strong grounding in Oil and Gas sectors to join this high-performing team and uniquely work closely with the team's leading Partners.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Corporate Solicitor with 2 - 7 years' PQE
• Must have strong experience in the Oil and Gas sectors
• Experience gained in a highly ranked law firm and comparable environment
