A London-based US Corporate team operating at the top end of the global M&A market is seeking a US-qualified corporate associate. The group advises on complex, high-value cross-border transactions for corporates, sponsors, financial institutions and government entities. The role will focus on public and private M&A, with broader exposure to joint ventures and corporate governance. You will work closely with senior lawyers while taking ownership of discrete aspects of transactions, maintaining direct client contact and contributing to the delivery of commercially focused advice. US qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a leading M&A practice Strong experience across cross-border public and private M&A transactions Confident managing client relationships and day-to-day transactional matters Technically strong with excellent drafting and communication skills Academically accomplished with a consistent track record of achievement Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
