Legal Counsel Opportunity – Real Estate Finance (2–4 PQE)

London (Hybrid) | International Firm | Tier 1 Team | 12 month contract


Accuflex is working with a leading international law firm to hire a Banking Lawyer into its Tier 1-ranked Real Estate Finance team in London.


This is a standout opportunity for a 2–4 PQE lawyer to join a high-performing team and gain exposure to complex, high-value real estate finance transactions, while also developing broader financing expertise.

⚖️ The Role

• Advising lenders and borrowers on real estate finance transactions

• Drafting and negotiating finance documents (including facility agreements and security packages)

• Supporting deal execution and transaction management

• Collaborating closely with real estate, tax, and corporate teams

• Building strong client relationships


About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor (2–4 PQE)

• Experience in real estate finance or broader banking & finance

• Strong training from a recognised law firm

• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail

• Commercial mindset and proactive approach
