Our client is seeking an experienced US or Canadian qualified lawyer to join their Group Governance team! This interim role is based in London with flexibility and will involve strategic oversight across multiple jurisdictions. Advising on governance matters across the US, Canada, Cayman, and Latin America subsidiaries. Supporting boards, joint ventures, and exploration activities with governance expertise. Managing governance processes for M&A transactions and related corporate activity.
