Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA preferred) Genuine interest in developing a career in Corporate Finance Strong communication skills and commercial awareness Confident engaging with clients across various industries
About your new role
Performing due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions Supporting on M&A, capital investment, and fundraising projects Preparing financial reports and presentations for clients
Responsibilities by frequency
Always Developing financial models and performing detailed financial analysis Assisting in valuations and market research Collaborating with senior team members on transaction structuring
