An elite US Law Firm is seeking a 1–2 PQE corporate energy associate to join its growing London team. This is a rare opportunity to build a career in a top-tier global energy practice , advising on major cross-border transactions and strategic projects across oil & gas, energy transition, and emerging markets.
You’ll work on high-value matters involving offshore acquisitions, large-scale M&A, government negotiations, carbon credits, battery storage platforms and more—within a team consistently recognised as a market leader in the energy sector.
What we’re looking for: 1–2 PQE in corporate energy transactional work Background from a leading UK/US or top energy firm Strong academics Experience in energy/resources French or Spanish language skills beneficial
