Corporate / Commercial Solicitor (5–10 PQE)

We are working with a well-respected, specialist law firm seeking an experienced Corporate / Commercial Solicitor (5–10 years’ PQE) to join its established and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute lawyer looking to undertake high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Role

You will join a highly regarded corporate/commercial team advising a broad client base on matters including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Shareholder agreements and corporate restructuring
• Joint ventures
• Commercial contracts
• General company law advisory work

The team handles a varied and quality caseload, offering genuine responsibility and client exposure.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5–10 years’ PQE in corporate and/or commercial law
• Strong technical ability with sound commercial awareness
• Confident managing files and building client relationships
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
