Role Corporate & Commercial Solicitor Location: EssexSalary: £55,000 to £70,000PQE: 4 years+ Responsibilities:

Handle a variety of corporate and commercial cases, advise clients on complex matters, and play a key role in driving the expansion of the practice area. Handle a diverse range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, management buy-ins/outs, restructuring, and finance. Support initiatives to grow the commercial legal services. Work with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and KPIs. Engage in business development activities to attract and retain clients.

Candidate profile:

A qualified Solicitor with over 4 years' PQE. Experience managing complex transactional corporate and commercial work. Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of client business needs.
