This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as a Corporate Business Development Manager.

The Business Development team focuses on building a new business pipeline, increasing partnerships, and ensuring relationships align with our mission to benefit children. This role is key to UNICEF UK’s work with the private sector, with responsibility for cultivating and securing multi-million-pound partnerships with major UK companies.

We seek a candidate with proven corporate fundraising experience, including managing the full lifecycle of business development. You should have secured six-figure partnerships previously, be supporter-driven and aligned with our mission. Strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and confidence in building authentic relationships with decision-makers are essential. Resilience, patience, and perseverance are also crucial.

First-round interview: Tuesday 5 August 2025 (via MS Teams).

Second-round interview: Tuesday 12 August 2025 (in-person at UNICEF UK’s Stratford Office).
