UNICEF ensures more of the world’s children are vaccinated, educated, and protected than any other organisation. We have influenced laws and policies to help protect children and are committed to making the world a safe place for all children.
This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as a Corporate Business Development Manager.
The Business Development team focuses on building a new business pipeline, increasing partnerships, and ensuring relationships align with our mission to benefit children. This role is key to UNICEF UK’s work with the private sector, with responsibility for cultivating and securing multi-million-pound partnerships with major UK companies.
We seek a candidate with proven corporate fundraising experience, including managing the full lifecycle of business development. You should have secured six-figure partnerships previously, be supporter-driven and aligned with our mission. Strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and confidence in building authentic relationships with decision-makers are essential. Resilience, patience, and perseverance are also crucial.
Closing date: 5pm, Thursday 24 July 2025.
First-round interview: Tuesday 5 August 2025 (via MS Teams).
Second-round interview: Tuesday 12 August 2025 (in-person at UNICEF UK’s Stratford Office).
In Return, We Offer
- Excellent pay and benefits, including flexible working, generous annual leave, pension, brand discounts, and wellbeing tools
- Outstanding training and development opportunities
- Impressive office space on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
- An open, values-driven culture with motivated colleagues
- The chance to make a real difference to children worldwide
