Corporate Associate | 2–4 PQE | Cheltenham | Top 100 | High-Value Work Without the City Politics \n \nA prestigious law firm ranked highly in the Southwest are looking to grow their corporate team in Cheltenham; this involves handling the kind of complex, high-value deals you'd usually associate with much bigger city firms (but without the long hours or red tape). \n \nThe team works across the full corporate lifecycle, from private and public M&A and joint ventures through to IPOs, AIM listings, and securities work. They act for a mix of fast-growing UK businesses, international clients, private equity houses, and brokers; deals regularly ranging from £10 million to £100 million+. It’s a really interesting, varied caseload, and much of the work has a cross-border angle. \n \nYou’d be working with two experienced partners - one with a strong private equity and investment focus, the other more on the M&A and corporate finance side. Their work is both technical and commercial, and you’ll be involved from day one.
