Responsibilities

Advising on a wide range of corporate matters including public and private M&A, continuations/discontinuations, public equity markets and equity capital raising. Drafting shareholders' agreements, joint venture agreements and corporate governance documentation. Providing advice to fintech clients on licensing applications, corporate governance, structuring and fundraising rounds. Engagement with major blue‑chip clients, client contact and potential business development opportunities.

Qualifications

Admission in UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or South Africa. 5 – 8 years PQE from a major national, international or offshore firm. Strong track record in corporate practice, preferably including M&A and fintech sectors. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
