Full-Time Core Subject Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary Schools | Lewisham | 5 Days per Week

Are you a passionate and knowledgeable graduate looking to make a meaningful impact in education? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work full-time across secondary schools in Lewisham, supporting students in core subjects.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident in their subject knowledge and eager to support students in reaching their full academic potential within a supportive and welcoming school environment.

The Role:

• Full-time position (5 days per week)
• Supporting students across core subjects (English, Maths, and/or Science)
• Working closely with class teachers to deliver targeted academic support
• Assisting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is essential
• Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject
• A degree is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
