Are you a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting students in core subjects? We are working with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Lambeth seeking a full-time LSA to provide targeted support across Maths, English, and Science.

The Role:

Provide in-class and small group support across Maths, English, and Science Work closely with teaching staff to support student understanding and engagement Assist students of varying abilities, including those requiring additional academic support Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Contribute to lesson preparation and classroom management where requiredRequirements:

Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and/or Science A degree (preferred but not essential with strong experience) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, adaptable, and supportive approach to working with young peopleThe School Offers:
