Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (Core Subjects) - Secondary Schools | Greenwich | 5 Days per Week

Are you an experienced and motivated Learning Support Assistant with a strong academic background in core subjects? We are seeking dedicated LSAs to join welcoming and well-established secondary schools across Greenwich, supporting students to reach their full potential.

This is a full-time, 5-day-per-week position, ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and confident supporting learners in subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.

The Role:

• Provide in-class support across core subjects, working closely with teachers to enhance student learning
• Support students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, including those with additional learning needs
• Help to adapt learning materials to suit different abilities and learning styles
• Encourage student engagement, confidence, and academic progress
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (English, Maths, or Science)
• A degree is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young people
