Youll be ordering all the food, menu planning and ensure all health & safety regulations are in place. Youll also be responsible for ensuring that all stock is recorded when received and expenditure records are maintained. Youll plan and prepare all meals catering to our diverse customer group to ensure all meals suit a variety of dietary needs and cultures. What youll do Overseeing the management of the kitchen as directed by the service manager.
Providing a food provision for adults over 55.
Responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining adequate stocks of food.
Responsibility for the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, pantries etc.
Maintain stock sheets and do stock checks as required
