Cook Manager Location: Belfast Salary: £14 per hour Hours: 37-40 hours per week About the Role We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cook Manager to lead our catering operation within the Home. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality, home-cooked meals using fresh ingredients, while ensuring all dietary, nutritional and cultural requirements of our residents are met. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes pride in great food, excellent standards, and a warm, supportive kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the kitchen team. Prepare fresh, high-quality meals and cater for dietary needs. Maintain food safety, hygiene, HACCP and health & safety standards. Follow Beaumont policies and attend mandatory training. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef/Cook. Chef qualification & Food Hygiene Certificate. Knowledge of nutrition for the elderly, health & safety, HACCP, RIDDOR and food storage. Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills. Caring, innovative and committed to quality.
