Role Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Conveyancer who is passionate about developing others and ready to step away from fee earning. This training role will see you lead induction programmes, upskilling initiatives, and project-based learning for Property Lawyers across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver induction and onboarding training: helping new joiners quickly build confidence and competence
• Design and deliver engaging training on conveyancing processes and systems
• Facilitate upskilling programmes and specialist learning pathways to support career progression
• Coach and mentor Property Lawyers: supporting growth, performance, and technical excellence
• Collaborate with internal experts to refine training materials and develop new content as needed
• Keep training records updated and ensure programmes evolve in line with sector changes

Requirements:

• Strong background in Conveyancing, with hands-on experience
• At least 3 years' experience in a fee earning role (qualification not essential)
• Confident and charismatic presenter, able to engage groups both in-person and virtually
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage training programmes and deadlines
• Flexible to travel nationally when required (all travel & accommodation covered)
• Up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing trends and practices
