Job Opportunity: Conveyancing Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Role Requirements:

-          Managing purchase, sale and title transfer transactions from instruction to completion

-          Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth progress

-          Working with a dedicated paralegal and legal support team

Experience:

-          Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' residential conveyancing experience

-          Knowledge of Scottish property transactions

-          Experience handling your own caseload independently

Skills:

-          Clear, confident communication and client focus

-          Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

-          Proficient in case management systems and MS Office
