Our top tier client is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive ideally with expertise in high-value property transactions

The Role:

• Run a caseload of complex and high-value residential property matters across the South West & London 
• Act for clients with rural landed estates, country homes and significant property portfolios across the UK & Beyond
•  Advise on sales, purchases, financing and transfers of high-value rural and agricultural property 
• Clients include: HNW and UHNW clients, family offices, trustees and financial institutions 

What you'll need: 

\n
• To be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in residential property 
• Solicitors and legal executives with commercial property experience looking to pivot into a rural property role will be considered 
• Excellent client-facing skills with the gravitas to work with wealthy individuals and institutional clients
