\nYou’ll be working alongside an experienced team of conveyancers and solicitors, supporting them on a wide range of transactions. This role is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in conveyancing and wants to work for a firm that offers ongoing training and development.

\n Key Responsibilities
\n\n \n\t Assisting on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
\n\t Preparing documentation and drafting contracts
\n\t Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
\n\t Conducting searches, ID checks, and compliance work
\n\t Supporting fee earners with caseload management through to post-completion
\n \n\n
\n Requirements
\n\n \n\t At least 12 months’ experience working in residential conveyancing (as a Paralegal or Assistant)
\n\t Good understanding of sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
\n\t Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
