Responsibilities for this Conveyancing Head of Department role:

Manage, supervise and support your team, including recruitment, one-to-ones, appraisals, setting objectives and overseeing performance against agreed targets. Monitor case handling standards, ensuring client demands are met, cases progress appropriately and complex or high-profile matters receive the right level of guidance. Oversee team budgets, financial performance, fee-earning targets and identify opportunities to grow the team’s revenue and capacity.
