RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER FEE EARNER / PARALEGAL

\nQED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Assistant, to join our well-respected client in Southend-On-Sea, Essex.
\n
\nWe are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established large residential team. You will be expected to manage a small caseload for roughly 1 to 5 years.
\n
\nThe type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:

\n\t
• sales
\n\t
• purchase
\n\t
• leaseholds
\n\t
• freeholds
\n\t
• remortgages
\n\t
• transfers of equity
\n

\nIf you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications. However please note if you do not have case handling experience within residential conveyancing, you will not be considered.
