Conveyancing Fee Earner Location: Caerphilly Working pattern: Hybrid working available TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm to recruit a Fee Earning Conveyancer to join their growing residential property team in Caerphilly. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer or an experienced fee-earning conveyancing paralegal who is looking to join a supportive, forward-thinking practice with a strong regional presence. The Role You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of matters including: Buying and selling residential property
Residential leases, including lease extensions
Remortgaging
Equity release
Transfers of equity
The role offers a good level of autonomy, with the support of an experienced team and established systems in place. The Ideal Candidate Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer) or an experienced Fee Earning Conveyancing Paralegal
Able to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong communication and client-care skills
Organised, proactive and commercially aware
