Conveyancing Executive Plot Sales

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a highly regarded firm who are looking to appoint a Conveyancing Executive to join their Residential New Build Plot Sales team in Worcester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys new build work and is confident running their own caseload, while also playing a key role in supporting junior team members.

The team acts for a range of developer clients and manages transactions from initial site set-up through to dealing with enquiries, exchange and completion. Its a varied and commercially focused role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Conveyancing qualifications are not essential what matters most is your experience, confidence and ability to manage plot sales transactions effectively.

The Role

You will:

  • Manage your own caseload of new build plot sales transactions from instruction through to completion

  • Advise on a wide range of issues across the breadth of plot sales work

  • Assist with site set-up and ongoing development transactions

  • Support and guide junior team members as the team continues to grow

  • Deliver a consistently high level of client service

  • Work collaboratively across the wider team to share knowledge and expertise

  • Contribute to business development initiatives and identify cross-referral opportunities

What My Client Is Looking For

  • Experience handling residential conveyancing matters (new build/plot sales experience would be highly advantageous)

  • Confidence running files independently

  • A team player who is happy to support more junior colleagues

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
