Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join an established law firm in the North Leeds area. Due to continued growth, this would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for progression.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced conveyancing team. The right candidate will have the opportunity for training and development, and the prospect of running a small caseload independently with supervision and support.
What will you be doing?
The Conveyancing Assistant is responsible for:
Taking initial enquiries. Quoting, answering questions and queries. Drafting legal documents and correspondence. Updating databases and case management software. Liaising with estate agents, lenders and otherwise. Attending meetings.What skills are we looking for?
A minimum of 18 months experience of working within a similar role. Strong customer service skills and able to work to various deadlines. Strong IT skills.What's on offer?
