Job Description We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy and well-established Residential Property team in our Bristol office. This role is ideal for someone with conveyancing experience who enjoys providing high-quality support and working as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative and legal support to conveyancers and fee earners
Opening, maintaining and closing files in accordance with firm procedures
Preparing and issuing contract packs
Assisting with searches, Land Registry applications and SDLT returns
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
Managing correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
Updating case management systems and ensuring files are kept up to date
Supporting with completions and post-completion matters
About You
Previous experience in a conveyancing or residential property role is desirable
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
Professional, approachable and client-focused
Able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
A team player with good communication skills
