Conveyancing Assistant – Bradford

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Post Completions Assistant/Conveyancing Assistant to join its Residential Property team in the Bradford office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised legal professional to develop their conveyancing career within a supportive and high-performing environment.

The successful candidate will provide administrative and supervised fee-earning support to the Head of Department and fee earners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-focused legal services across a busy residential conveyancing caseload.

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Post-Completion & Administrative Support
  • Managing file closing and archiving
  • Preparing and submitting HMLR applications
  • Handling Land Registry requisitions and acquisitions
  • Corresponding with clients, agents and third parties by phone, in writing and in person where required
  • Assisting fee earners with general supportive duties
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Head of Department and the wider team

Your Profile

The firm is seeking an ambitious and proactive individual who is eager to progress within residential conveyancing.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role (essential)
  • A solid understanding of property law and the conveyancing process
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • The capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with legal software and administrative technology
  • A positive, flexible and collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
