Role: Residential Conveyancer

Experience: Qualified Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / CILEX

Based: Duffield

Offer: £35,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing property team. This is a great opportunity to work within a supportive firm with strong client relationships and a steady flow of quality residential work.

Typical duties would include:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working independently and within a team.

• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

• Drafting and reviewing property documentation and contracts.

• Conducting searches and ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

The successful candidate:

• Is a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX with residential conveyancing experience.

• Has experience running a full caseload independently.

• Communicates clearly and delivers strong client service.

• Is organised, proactive and able to manage deadlines effectively.

• Works well within a team and maintains a professional, detail-focused approach.
