An established law firm in Hayling Island is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy property team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload and wants to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, with scope to broaden their experience.

The Role

You’ll handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Sales, purchases, remortgages & transfers of equity

• Leasehold transactions

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders & solicitors

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation

• Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation

• Providing regular updates and maintaining excellent client care

There may also be the opportunity to assist with straightforward commercial property matters, depending on your experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing matters independently

• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner

• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines

• Commercial property exposure (desirable, not essential)
