In this role, you'll take the lead in handling a range of residential property transactions. you'll oversee the full conveyancing process with confidence, care, and attention to detail. Previous conveyancing experience is essential Must be capable of handling: Sales Purchases Remortgages Ideally, also transfers of equity Ability to manage a full caseload independently, from start to finish Must be comfortable working autonomously, though support is available Thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Effective communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
