Location: Altrincham, WA14 5UW (office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH)
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00
Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
Salary: up to £30k base + competitive uncapped bonus (£7k+ once established)

You’ll manage your own varied caseload of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions (not just standard freeholds!) from instruction to completion – with tailored support, bonus schemes that reward your results, and the work-life balance of hybrid working.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a caseload of Residential transactions from start to finish
Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS.
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns.
Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback
