Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist

Reporting to the Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager, the Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist will join the CRO Team within the Marketing function and will take responsibility for driving an effective CRO roadmap across digital platforms to validate new initiatives, approaches, and optimisations improving the user journey. What You’ll Do
Work closely with the CRO Lead & UX team to help create a CRO strategy and roadmap for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, identifying and analysing on‑site behaviour and user research to drive testing strategy. Own a section of the roadmap to help deliver CRO tests that meet business growth objectives. Provide detailed insights on experiments pre and post running to help share and document a data‑driven approach to optimisation. Put forward key areas of optimisation focus where validating change could help develop the digital experience across different platforms.
What You’ll Have
Previous experience in AB/MVT testing, identifying trends, creating hypotheses, analysing test significance and creating testing plans. Expertise spotting areas for improvement from analytics and UX/CRO experience. Analytical thinker with experience using AB/MVT tools and solid understanding of CRO to put forward test ideas with clear KPIs. Confident communicator, able to explain test results simply and effectively to a variety of audiences.
