Conventional machinist/Mechanical Fitter - £19.00 £21.00 per hour plus overtime - Liverpool Due to further expansion - this growing business who specialise in the repair of rotating equipment including electric motors, pumps and gearboxes is seeking an experienced Conventional Turner/Machinist. You will be responsible for: - Conventional turning and milling using manual machinery. Taking pumps, fans, and gearboxes, repairing them and put them back together as well as equipment The use of conventional machines and other machines to manufacturer new parts Working on small batch parts and taking responsibility of measuring worn or broken parts Manual borer work Producing new parts taking into consideration bearing tolerances and machine threats General bench fitting duties may be some of your responsibility.
