Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their client based in Broughton on a contract basis. As the Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering contract management within the company's UK sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Head Office Technical Facility Services and Head Office General Services teams to review, deliver, and monitor service delivery to meet customer requirements and reporting obligations. - Ensure the completion of supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with contractual obligations and the company's processes and procedures, including managing change control. - Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual supplier reviews. - Act as the UK focal point for the Central Facilities Management and Real Estate Supply Chain Management. - Interface with site teams and finance to manage budgets, risks, and opportunities. - Lead any UK tenders within the Services perimeter and the integration of new sites or service requirements. - Provide leadership, direction, and subject matter expertise within your area of responsibility.
