We’re working in partnership with a well-established carpentry contractor that specialises in high-quality residential developments across Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they’re looking to bring a driven and organised Contracts Manager into their team.

Their portfolio includes work with major housebuilders and developers, and they pride themselves on building lasting relationships through quality and reliability.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple carpentry packages across residential sites, ensuring smooth delivery from pre-start to completion. You’ll act as the key link between site teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure programmes are met, safety standards are upheld, and quality remains second to none.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple live sites across the region

* Liaise with site teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met

* Programme works and manage labour resources

* Monitor health & safety, quality, and compliance

* Attend site meetings and report on progress

* Assist with pricing, procurement, and material scheduling

* Ensure delivery of projects within budget and timescales

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Supervisor within carpentry

* Strong knowledge of residential construction practices

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) – desirable
