Contracts Manager – Commercial Refurbishments Location: Hampshire (Projects across the South of England) Sector: Commercial Refurbishment – Hospitality (Pubs & Restaurants) Our client is an established and well-respected contractor based in Hampshire , specialising in commercial refurbishment projects within the hospitality sector , including pubs, bars, and restaurants. Due to multiple recent contract wins , they are experiencing sustained growth and now have a busy and expanding pipeline of work across the South of England . As a result, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The Role: As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include: Managing multiple live projects across the South of England Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality, and programme requirements Client liaison and maintaining strong working relationships Commercial awareness including cost control and variations Supporting continued business growt...
