The Client: A well-established and growing main contractor operating across the commercial, residential, education and public sectors. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out and new build projects, the business continues to expand its delivery team to support a healthy pipeline of work across London and the South East.
The Role: As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard. Working closely with site teams, commercial staff and senior management, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through to final handover, acting as a key point of contact for clients and consultants.
This is a senior role suited to an experienced construction professional who is comfortable managing multiple sites and leading teams in a fast-paced main contracting environment.
Responsibilities:
